General Terms and Conditions – Impact Snap Europe

Article 1 – Definitions

  • Consumer: The natural person not acting for commercial or professional activities.
  • Entrepreneur: Helen's Drive B.V. (trading as Impact Snap Europe).
  • Reflection period: The 14-day window during which the Consumer may use the right of withdrawal.
  • Distance contract: A contract concluded via the webshop.

Article 3 – Applicability

  1. These terms apply to every offer and every distance contract between the Entrepreneur and the Consumer.
  2. The text will be made available (digitally) to the Consumer before the contract is concluded.

Article 4 – The Offer

  1. Limited duration or specific conditions are explicitly stated.
  2. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products.
  3. Obvious mistakes in the offer do not bind the Entrepreneur.

Article 5 – The Contract

  1. The contract is concluded upon acceptance by the Consumer.
  2. The Entrepreneur will promptly confirm receipt of acceptance via electronic means.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

  1. Products: The Consumer has a reflection period of 14 days without giving reasons.
  2. This period starts on the day after the Consumer receives the product.
  3. Services/Digital Content: The period starts on the day after the conclusion of the agreement.

Article 7 – Obligations During the Reflection Period

  1. The Consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care.
  2. The product may only be inspected in the same manner as one would in a physical store.

Article 8 – Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal and Costs

  1. The Consumer notifies withdrawal within the period using the standard form or another clear statement.
  2. The product must be returned within 14 days after this notification.
  3. The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product.

Article 9 – Obligations of the Entrepreneur in Case of Withdrawal

  1. The Entrepreneur reimburses all payments (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of the notification.
  2. Reimbursement occurs only after receipt of the product or proof of return.

Article 10 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal can be excluded for:

  • Custom-made products (manufactured to Consumer specifications).
  • Sealed products not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (if the seal is broken).
  • Digital content where performance has begun with the Consumer's explicit consent.

Article 11 – The Price

  1. Prices will not be increased during the validity of the offer, except for changes in VAT rates.
  2. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Article 12 – Conformity and Extra Guarantee

  1. The Entrepreneur guarantees that the product complies with the agreement and reasonable requirements.
  2. Extra guarantees do not limit the legal rights of the Consumer.

Article 13 – Delivery and Execution

  1. The Entrepreneur will execute orders within 30 days, unless a different period is agreed.
  2. The risk of damage remains with the Entrepreneur until the moment of delivery.

Article 14 – Payment

  1. Unless otherwise agreed, amounts must be settled in full before shipping.
  2. In case of late payment, the Consumer is liable for statutory interest and collection costs.

Article 15 – Complaints Procedure

  1. Complaints about the performance of the contract must be submitted fully and clearly within a reasonable time.
  2. The Entrepreneur will respond within 14 days.

Article 16 – Disputes

  1. All contracts are exclusively governed by Dutch Law.
