We want you to be happy with your Impact Snap. If it’s not for you, you can return it, no reasons needed.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 days after receiving your order to decide whether you want to keep it. This applies to all products in our shop and follows EU consumer law.
How to return your order
- 1. Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order that you want to return it. Send a message via our contact page, a short note is enough.
- 2. Send the product back within 14 days after letting us know. Please use the original packaging where possible and make sure the product is complete.
- 3. Return shipping costs are paid by you (the customer). We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Your refund
Once we have received the returned product, we will refund the full purchase amount, using the same payment method you used for the order.
Handling the product during the reflection period
You may unpack and inspect the product the way you would in a shop. If the product has been used beyond what is needed to assess it, we may deduct the decrease in value from your refund.
